Hilton a complete disaster... Was 4 hours of hell

The worst hotel vacation I believe I've had in my 48 years of existence by far actually. From being turned around at the actual motel I reserved. And then treated poorly at the hotel we were sent to and gutter room that had plumbing problems and ruined my guests expensive evening gown and clothing while she was showering the toilet backed up and flooded the washroom. Supposedly a five-star hotel I would strongly disagree and say that the days Inn would have been a much better pick.

Never going for price again.

We didn't stay here there was no toilet paper in the room and hair. if you look closely the hair is wrapped around the fridge door leading upwards. Nothing was cleaned, spatters on thw alls and fridge and a ear on the mirror but the bed was made. After viewimg the room i brought the front desk personnel. All she could do was apologize. She did offer another room but my question to that was would you eat another burger once you foumd hair wrapped all over it. I got my deposit back and parking back. I would never go there again! Hotel.com still waiting on a follow up!

My booking amount is simply stolen, neither Expedia nor the the hotel return it up to now however no mistake from my end! If this is not solved, my unconditional decision is to be away from Expedia foerver and never ever use it again!

Hotel is nice and clean, bed was comfy. Great for the price. Within walking distance to Fallsview. Can checkin on-line for fast service on arrival (love this) Will stay here again.
