To be honest can’t say bad with the cleanliness of the room. But The beds were 2 double when I booked the 2 queen beds. We had to pay $10 for extra bed when I paid and booked for 5 ppl. I asked for room change but reception said all rooms were pre-booked. But they were accepting walk in and no reservation. How is it pre-booked? There is no microwave in the room and a lot of facilities were broken upon checking in, like ice machine, our shower cold button was broken. In fairness they were fixed right away after calling the reception.
Would it had been better if everything was ready before checking in. This is my first time calling reception for issues regarding the accommodation.
I can’t promise to rebook a stay here again.
