Overall had a good experience. We stayed there 2 nights. No complaints. Staff was friendly. Location was good. It was clean. Rooms were nice. Best part was there was NO carpet. It was a pleasant stay.

The staff were sooo friendly and deliver fast service. The prices are affordable. The area is safe and the location is great because it is walking distance from everything. The rooms are nicely renovated and very spacious and comfortable. The negative side are the insulations of the main door and security; you need to insulate the room doors in order to reduce other guets noise in the hallways, and you need to install new door knobs and locls for more security because I could easily break the door and enter to the room :(

They are working to reno this hotel, the price was good for 2 nights, staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We did not realise they had no elevator, and they were very accomodating in getting us on the ground floor. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, the lighting could be better we had no light between the beds, perhaps a coffee maker in the room would be helpful, the shower did not work in the room but we did not find this out until the morning we were leaving. We reported this to staff. Also the parking was free if you are a guest that was a big bonus as most charge per day. There alot of choices for restaurants in the area I think once they get all the rooms finished this hotel will be very busy.

We were in town for a concert and this property was a convenient location. The room was clean and quite large compared to many hotels. Parking was free and the room had a (purple) mini fridge. I was disappointed that the door to our room had a large gap at the bottom, and the door lock felt insecure in general. Walking down the hall, there seemed to be a mix of handles and locks on most rooms. I would recommend replacing any doors that don't seal properly and upgrading to matching hardware.

After I checked in. The first impression was okay. The window had a broken glass. We let the staff know about this and they acted like they didn't knew. The guy was asking me how did that happen? We just checked in how are we supposed to know that. The garbage bin was not cleaned out. I let the staff know and they changed it immediately so that a good thing. Bed was comfortable and had a good sleep. Clifton hill and many other restaurants are in walking distance so that's a plus. It was not as I expected for the amount I have paid.

Pretty gross

This hotel was gross. It had a lot of good reviews but I have to believe some of them were fake. This hotel scored high in cleanliness - more like sterile, yet still dingy. We killed 8 bugs (in our 2-night stay), including 2 crickets. Another thing that made us very uncomfortable was that they have a side door that they just keep open 24-7. It even broke at one point, staying wide open, and they acted like it was no big deal. That door should be locked after a certain time of night. This place was just gross. The only good thing I can say is the size of the rooms is decent and the parking is free.

This hotel was great for one night. Its a budget hotel so dont expect the Hilton or Marriot. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, we stayed on the 3rd floor which was nice and quiet. The mattress was SUPER FIRM but i honestly loved it. All in all, we loved the location and convenience, would 100% stay here again for a short trip!

Great Stay

Very easy check in and free parking! The room was huge and very clean! The room was newly renovated. The temperature id the room was perfect! Super clean room and bathroom. So close to everything!
