It's a nice property, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the view was excellent. Parking is a bit crazy as they really don't tell you where to park even though they charge $70. The elevators are painfully slow. You will wait more than 15 minutes for the elevator. The free breakfast was probably the worst Embassy Suites breakfast I have ever had. Skip it, go to IHOP next door. Staff were very nice and efficient. They do the best they can.

Our stay was not very pleasant. We asked them to accommodate an hour or two earlier that 4pm. Talked to an agent the day before to out a note on the file. When arrived around 2pm one of the family member had travel sickness and needed to rest. Front desk staff was unfriendly, indifferent and unhelpful. They promised a check in at 3pm but never happened. Asked they to text me as soon as the room was ready. That never happened either. They took advantage of our situation to sell an upgraded room with the falls view. There are plenty of other places like Marriott, Tower Hotel and other small places in front of Embassy. There are plenty of night/day parking in front of Embassy for a fraction of the price... in some cases as low as $10. I would advise potential visitors to look around other places.
