The bed are vary comfortable, room & hotel clean, great staff very friendly and inviting. The downside is too expensive, other hotels you can get better pricing like the Marriott etc... on that note, their happy hour is ridiculous timing! If you go out during your stay you will not get to happy hour watch I felt was a big shame 3-6 should start later for sure! This should be fixed with management 🙄 the breakfast is ok, but the potatoes are very bland and have the strong frozen texture, not enough variety, same thing over and over, yes most places are like that but the variety is so little to choice from and if you want bacon forget about it! Unfortunately they had some trouble with there elevators the last full day we were there that happens no biggie. For the price should be a better breakfast! Over all great place to stay!!

Mattress is sunken in and out essentially unusable. The view is stunning but the bed is horrible. The chair by the window is so uncomfortable that you won’t want to sit in it while enjoying the view. Staff are not very friendly and parking is insanely expensive.

The goal when you walk in is to be "upgraded" at a cost from the people at the desk. It is a sales strategy that I didn't exactly think was amazing. Our "upgraded" room's shower leaked all over the bathroom, the shower had a frouzy smell to it. Our room could not regulate the temperature, so we only slept under the sheets because we were so hot and our room was so humid. On the good side, the hotel is very convenient, very pretty and has really awesome parking attendants. The shuttle is a wonderful touch and helpful for the great parking option. Don't waste your money at the restaurant. For these Iowan's, the steak is VERY overpriced and definitely not worth it. Order pizza instead from the guys on the flyer in your room! YUMMMMM!! Also, people don't read signs, so the elevator section is crazy! Free breakfast is a great touch, but you're likely not going get down the elevator to get it, or find a place to sit to eat it. Waaaayyy too many people down there at once. Here's the thing, it's a great hotel, just needs a little management and a few updates.
