Didn't have coffee cup and give me ground floor with no view intentionally instead of having multiple options in top 2 floor. I can't see anything outside. Visited couple of times. Now, I think its time to move on from here. I wouldn't recommend anymore.

Ist issue is the parking. There are only few spots in front of the hotel. Parking at the back is very congested. Room and sheets were clean. However, mattress and pillow quality is below standard. Breakfast was okay. Major issue is the the hotwater. I strongly believe they have capacity issue in the morning when too many people go for the shower at the same time. I booked a room with a jacuzzi but couldn't use it as there was no hot water. I checked out without even taking a shower after waiting for 2-1/2hours. Front desk said plumber is working to fix hot water issue. Every 30 minutes, they had the same answer. I don't think plumber was even there. When most people checked out around 11am, hot water became available. Owner wasn't at the property, few days later when I asked for a partial refund, owner refused saying that water was not available for 30 minutes only. Cannot recommend to anybody and have no desire to stay again. Please share if you had similar experience with this hotel.

Great Value. Friendly Staff Clean Hotel

I was amazed at the value for what I paid per night. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only things I would suggest are better hot breakfast offerings and maybe wider parking spaces as they were very tight and I was nervous of a ding on my rental vehicle. Otherwise definitely a great value.

Very comfortable stay at very affordable hotel

I requested for an upper floor room and this time I got a room on the 3rd floor. It was a very comfortable and nice room, with a good-sized fridge, a kettle with tea and coffee packets. I had a nice big sofa where I can stretch out my legs =) My only complaint is the TV didn’t have many good channels. Almost didn’t work too, you have to play around with the settings to get it to work. They should update their TVs to actual smart TVs with streaming apps with more movies/TV shows. Parking can be a nightmare, if the hotel’s busy good luck finding a parking spot if you happen to come back late. Other than that this is always a quiet and peaceful hotel, I’d stay here again

It was tremendous value...very clean and updated. Staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Rooms had everything needed...small table and chair in corner and a working station..my only complaint there was that there wasn't a light on the desk. Made it hard to work once the sun went down. The breakfast area was very comfortable and staff were constantly wiping and cleaning. Had a big variety of choices. Waffles, hardboiled eggs, various cereals, oatmeal, coffee/tea and juices, toast and more. Frankly better than some of the major chains Ive stayed in...Id highly recommend this property!
