The rooms are huge and clean and modern. The breakfast is excellent with quality food. Staff are super friendly. My only complaint would be with the gym. The floors are slippery and the mats that they have are not appropriate as they slip and slide on the already slippery floor. Gym is otherwise nice.

The space in the room was much appreciated really nice having the additional living space to the bedroom. Evening snacks and drinks were great as well as having breakfast. Location was perfect to get to Niagara Falls and the other areas we wanted to visit.
