Staff were friendly and very helpful. Ideal location to enjoy Clifton Hill. Stay and parking were affordable. Pull out sofa was terribly uncomfortable for my teenage son. Not suitable for anyone other than a small child.

Another fantastic stay! Spacious room, comfy bed, and friendly staff. Love the hot tub, though I wish the pool was a bit warmer. Didn’t get to try the restaurant, but will next time.

Location was great! Rooms were clean and spacious. Elevators were slow, ended up walking up the stairs after check in, because the lineup was so big and elevators were small.

We like the walking distance to the attractions. We like the riverside view The breakfast was okay (food wasn't hot), no ice machine on the 10th floor. (minor) Other than that it was great for the price we paid for.
