We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of Vittoria, being that it is in the midst of a shopping district and family entertainment area. The staff was great, the lobby & hallways were clean & bright, the rooms were clean, the whole building had a fresh scent & the beds were very comfortable! Thank you!

When I arrived at the Hotel, the person at the desk was very professional and on the ball. I gave my name, it was only 3PM he said my room was ready (1 hour early). Then I mentioned I have a accessible handicapped sticker, right away, he gave me a parking sticker and told me, parking was at no cost. When I checked out, same outstanding service, the lady at the desk, said no outstanding charges and to have a great day. Wonderful service all around, highly recommend this Hotel.

Hotel lobby was nice. Some staff were really nice. The lady that checked us in started off nice but had a bit of an attitude. Room was nice, shower needed updating compared to other rooms. Air conditioning was smelly and made a noise like a laser gun all night. Overall would stay there again.
