This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately my wife now has walking difficulties so uses a wheelchair a lot. My only small complaint would be that to gain access I had to carry the wheelchair up and down two sets of steps. To be fair the staff always helped and said changes were being made soon

The hotel was definitely not 4*. It had some good points, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The communal areas were pleasant, It was in a good spot and the sea view was great. However, the rooms were tiny, barely enough room to walk between the end of the bed and the wall. This was the case for all rooms as we asked a few people during our stay. The rooms were tired and required updating. They were also incredibly hot and the hotel refused to turn on the air conditioning, despite a number of guests complaining. They need to turn it on for the hotel and didn’t feel the temperature was high enough. There was only one complimentary bottle of water in the room for two guests, for the entire stay. The whole thing just seemed like a cost saving exercise and not what you would expect for a 4* hotel. I wouldn’t stay again and I wouldn’t recommend, which is a shame considering the plus points.

Good location, easily accessible from the airport via the tramway. Easy walking into the old town and also Nice Ville station to access Monaco and Cannes.

What a great place to stay when visiting Nice! Directly across from Blue Beach. Spend a little extra for the sea view room and listen to the sea all night long. The hotel, room and property was very clean. Excellent and attentive staff. The hotel is located in a safe area and still within about a 20 minute walk to Old Nice for the markets, shopping and dining. Take in the view from Castle Hill or for more activity, walk to see the view from the top of Mount Boron.

I like how old it was. It reminded me of the titanic. It’s in a good and safe location for vacation. It’s a convenient location not too far from the airport. I didn’t like that there was construction right outside my window. There was a construction worker outside my window when they were working which felt like an invasion of privacy. Breakfast buffet could be better.

The hotel is very well situated, close to everthing. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was great, lots of choice. Would have preferred a walk in shower and the walls of the rooms are thin, wouldn't have like to stay there when it was full.

Very decent 4 star hotel - i can not fault anything really. Well it will not blow you away (its not a hotel you will boast or put on Instagram) but it is decent all around: Super location, surprisingly pretty building (in a good shape), good breakfast, reasonably confortable rooms (decent and functional), good service and all that reasonably priced (its Nice for God sake - a hotel just next to Negresco).
