Quite possibly the greatest experience anyone could have in a Hotel. The staff and amenities from the Spa, Le Bar and the restaurant are simply over the top. It’s all about the details and they know them.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately my wife now has walking difficulties so uses a wheelchair a lot. My only small complaint would be that to gain access I had to carry the wheelchair up and down two sets of steps. To be fair the staff always helped and said changes were being made soon

Amazing location, clean and beautiful rooms. Highly recommend 👌

This is a high quality hotel, well located near the centre of town with sea views and directly adjacent to the luxury shopping area. Trams and trains were easily accessible and you could walk around most the city area. The only small niggle was that the staff were super friendly but not everything came off. the breakfast service was a bit patchy. lots of people around but not well organised.
