No signs telling you where the ice machine is located. One of them didn't work. Internet didn't work, except at the front desk. No IT help was offered. My husband & I had been on vacation for 4 weeks. This is the only place internet would not work. The room itself was nice. I asked about the type of shower and was told it had walk-in, but it was a standard tub. Very disappointed.

Woman manager was incredibly rude unprofessional and spoke to me as if I was incompetent or incapable of understanding her. Rude she soured my anniversary “staycation” super disappointed. I stayed here often I’ll be staying elsewhere from now on.

Wonderful hotel. Plenty of staff. Everyone pleasant. Very clean. Outdoor seating available for continental breakfast. Fresh goodies and great tasting coffee. Great security. Room key needed for elevator access. Steps from casino via indoor walkway. Quiet sleeping rooms. Small fridge. Will definitely return to this hotel.

I loved the staff! Everyone was so friendly and eager to help. I thought the room was very nice too. My only suggestion would be a more complete breakfast bar instead of only continental. Thanks!

We did not like the A/C unit / fan. It kept the room cool but would turn off and along with thin walls you could hear everyone talking in the hallway. It was a very difficult night sleeping. No air moving or noise to drown out the drunks at 2am. Also we had a room in the back of the hotel with a nice view of their trash and construction. Continetial breakfast was as plain standard as it gets. We only stayed one night wasn't great or terrible but disappointed.
