Everyone at the facility extremely polite and friendly! This is the first time staying at Holiday Inn Resort usually stay at the Marriott - but this definitely a nice place to stay and in walking distance to great stores and restaurants!!

Our family of four (two teens: 15 & 16) had a great time! As mentioned in many reviews the rooms are dated (we stayed in the palm building) However, extremely clean! And the service from the cleaning lady, front staff to beach helpers was amazing! Right on the beach, and the ocean is amazing! If you can live with the outdated rooms this is a great place, and we definitely recommend it!

The beach area was spectacular — beautifully set up and well-maintained. Planning ahead and renting shade is essential. The rooms were clean and functional, but it was surprising that management has not addressed basic upkeep, like broken mirrors and worn frames in elevators, or added air conditioning to the uninviting, poorly designed lobby. We had to switch rooms due to constant 57dB equipment noise from an adjacent building — unclear how anyone can stay near that without better sound insulation. That said, the staff were respectful, friendly, and responsive throughout, and the beach experience more than made up for these shortcomings.

1st night there we woke up to our room and a lot of other guest rooms flooding. Still not sure where the water came from. They moved all the guest to a different tower and after requesting some type of accountability because our luggage got wet, they finally gave a free breakfast for two days. Other than that, the property was absolutely beautiful and the center of all the fun on the strip!

The pool and beach areas are amazing. The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and nice ( with the exception of a Grumpy Towel Hut employee.) I highly recommend this hotel. The kids ate free too. There were lots of options for dining as well. The waiters at DaVinci and Agave were awesome. Our family had the best time.

The Holiday Inn Aruba Resort is a beautiful property with direct access to the beach, a relaxing spa, refreshing pools, and several on-site restaurants to enjoy. The location is unbeatable for a tropical getaway, and the grounds are well-maintained and inviting. What truly made the experience memorable was the staff — warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I especially want to recognize Eugene, who went above and beyond with every interaction. His kind spirit and selfless service truly stand out — he pours from a pure heart, and I wholeheartedly believe he deserves a raise! While the resort is lovely, the rooms are a bit outdated and could definitely use an upgrade to match the rest of the property’s charm. That said, the overall experience was still wonderful, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and vibrant Aruba stay.

Sea Tower is very noisy. Doors have large gaps around them and you can hear everyone in the hallway at all hours of the day. Staff could do a better job of monitoring palapas. We rented one every day and found other people at them each day. We were also charged for 2 palapas for one day. There were only 2 people on this trip and we would not have booked 2 palapas for the same day. Front desk staff would not remove the charge. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past without issues, but never stayed in the Sea Tower.

I felt the front desk check in procedure was very slow. For travelers, urgency during the check in process is critical. We enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the resort. We had a very negative experience on our first night with the neighboring loud bar that had loud music until 1:00 AM local time.
