Staff was friendly and helpful and our room and the hotel were very clean. The beach and grounds are beautiful! We only tried one of the restaurants, which is conveniently located on the beach, and we were all happy with our meals.

I was put in the sea tower. There’s a night club right next door if you don’t mind being kept up till 1am all week and 2am Friday through Sunday it’s fine. No accommodations were made to move me from that room. Their “gym” was a joke equipment was broken and falling apart. There was work being performed on the building had to continuously walk outside to get to lobby.

Everything was fantastic as usual. My favorite island and favorite people. They really enjoy living and working on their island. Wish I lived there all the time. But love the Holiday Inn Resort too. Never been disappointed staying there. Such a true Happy Place! Will be there in March and bringing some Newbies with me.
Week before Thanksgiving is a great time to go. Less crowded and already decorating for the holidays.
Specialty drinks and Happy Hours throughout the day on Palm Beach.

The room was very clean and anything needed during our stay was easily within walking distance. The staff, especially the housekeeping staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Will definitely return to Holiday Inn on our stays in the future.

It started with check in, we were not assigned the room we paid for. When we got the assigned floor the carpets were wet and the room was old. We went to front counter and showed the front desk the room we thought we upgraded to, they said that we paid for a partial ocean view and if we wanted an ocean view we had to pay an additional $64 per night. We were assigned a different room with parking lot view.
