The Radisson Blu team was incredible! So friendly, attentive, helpful, and warm. I most loved our champagne upon arrival and the lovely Christmas decor. The layout, the grounds, the adult infinity pool - cannot complain nor compete. The proximity to the beach and free access to the beach chairs and umbrellas was great. We took several tours and the staff helped us navigate through taxis, departures, all of it.

Ótima localização. Apartamento tipo Flat com excelente espaço e confortável. Quarto amplo com bom colchão e móveis novos. Cozinha com microonda s, geladeira freezer e pia. Sala com sofá confortável. Varanda ampla.. Banheiro bom. Hotel dispõe um espaço na praia com espreguiçadeiras e sombreros inclusos. Transporte para a praia de manhã até 18 h. Restaurante da piscina borda infinita experimentamos um Burger com fritas que estava muito gostoso. Tem uma máquina de gelo no térreo, 3 piscinas, sendo 1 grande no térreo água fria. Piscina no segundo piso com linda vista do mar e temperatura que água agradável mas que depende do sol. Um ofurô água morna. Estacionamento amplo e fechado com porteiro 24 h. Academia disponível. Local e seguro próximo a vários restaurantes em Palm Beach. Dá para ir a pé à praia e a vários restaurantes. Horário de término de funcionamento das piscinas poderiam ser um pouco mais tarde pelo menos até 22 h como ocorre em outros hotéis compatíveis de 4 estrelas de Aruba. Pelo preço na diária poderia estar incluído o café da manhã. E a temperatura das piscinas um pouco mais quente.

The good: The pool was very clean and quiet. Pool chairs were always available. The room was clean and spacious. The needs improvement: Front desk staff was not pleasant. Her name started with a J. She also did not ask back for our room bracelets or towel cards when we checked out. I realized this before leaving the property. I would not have been happy with a $25/pp charge. Only being allow two not so nice pool towels is annoying. The room towels were stained and rough. The two meals at the property (upstairs by infinity pool and by lower pool were awful. Very very greasy. Repair work was being done during the day. This was not indicated when booking the property.

Staff were exceptional(especially Pete and Santos). Just those two alone make us can wait until we come back next Dec. hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and well designed, pools were clean, plenty of lunge chairs, umbrellas and pergola shade coverings. Will miss our daily conversations and hi-fives with Santos and shuttle conversations & elevator rides with Peter! High recommend Radisson Blu

I was not happy that there is no beach. They advertise the beach use but when you get there there are never seats available. I go to Aruba to use the beach not the pool.

Nice location, you can see everything from the rooms here. Book it you will enjoy the amenities of the restaurant, spa (get the massage I did and felt so relieved), mini market, coffee shop, the activities calendar (we made sea glass necklaces), the staff keeps this place immaculate. Everyone Estelle in the Spa, the entire rooftop restaurant staff, the valet staff, everyone here was so helpful and welcoming. There's a poolside bar too. And when youre at the beach you get a reserved umbrella and seating. The whole staff is helpful with the beach rides and towels. You will enjoy Everyday here. The views are better than the pictures. Go and see for yourself!
