The Hotel staff were warm and very welcoming. The food was fantastic, apart from small portions. I had fish and chips was beautiful but I had 14 chips😩

Great hotel, close to the football stadium and easy access to city centre. Rooms clean and comfortable, some minor areas of room needs redecorating. Bathrooms very clean and good powerful shower. The breakfast is vegetarian, well presented with plenty to eat. The only thing the website and room guide does not mention is breakfast times.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful room overlooking the small marina on the River Ant. Comfortable and attractive room. Would highly recommend and stay again whenever I have the chance.

Great location, nice hotel, great staff. Breakfasts were excellent. The bar could have had a better range of beers, but the staff, especially Rosa, were friendly and efficient. The was nice and the bed was very comfortable. It was our second stay and we will be back.

One of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in! Absolutely first class in all departments - comfort, facilities, service, amenities, restaurant, location and lovely, welcoming staff. All boxes ticked for me.
