The staff are always lovely and beyond helpful. This time the employee of my stay was "Linda at the front desk" she resolved a trivial problem regarding my Bonvoy account. I was very pleased with the room. It was spacious and spotless. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. My only complaint would be the service I received in the onsite restaurant. They were slow to take my order. Didn't have the ingredients for the drink I wanted. I ended up getting an iced tea that came with no sugar. With that being said I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

My stay was good and I’d stay again…the ONLY thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t switch my room and they said it’s because I booked through 3rd party (which I’ve never heard of before in all my travels). However, like I mentioned, I would stay with them again.
