Brandon, front desk, and Anthony, doorman, were especially helpful and friendly with genuine warm smiles. We enjoyed all of our interactions with them during our stay. Only thing of note was the thermostat kept beeping and the room was too warm, but it was clean with great dark curtains. We would be more than happy to come stay again.

2nd time i booked. Hotel is in prime location. Clean, friendly, and great location for shopping and many places to eat.

As soon as I walked in everything felt fresh and clean. The room was really nice, not anything really special beyond standard but it felt fairly updated and most importantly clean! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and I loved the breakfast area and the waffle maker. I wish I had a longer stay to check out more of the amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, good staff, and definitely nice bar

Excellent location right on waterfront and next to concert venue. Expected city noise, didn’t expect overnight construction activity. Very difficult for parking, festival and concert, limited options. Reservation was booked for 2 Queen beds and when we checked in, the front desk said because it was booked through third party, they were at liberty to change the room to a king room and they were sold out! Okay… we took that option but certainly wouldn’t have booked the property if that had been known in advance. Oh well… life goes on and we enjoyed visiting the area.
