The room was terrible and had a foul musty odor. Room furniture chipped and worn sofa had holes. Not my expectation for Hilton

Poor Customer Service, Smells, Needs updating

First night terrible, staff put my family in a room they told me the next morning had a perpetual roof water leak. My wife coughed most of the night and my daughter woke up with 2 red eyes from a bad allergy. Both needed Benedryl. White powders from ceiling noticeable throughout the floor and on surfaces, poor coverup of leaks on ceiling. Hotel is older, overrated, needs professional upgrading. I’ve stayed in 6 and 7 rated hotels that were much better than this place. It’s clear they cut many corners. We were promised 3X a call from a manager who never called. They never comped the awful first night. Second night was a little better, no allergies, but room was still old, paint cracking, needing upgrades - just not as bad as the first room that should be inspected for mold and other hazards. We have stayed at multiple lower rated hotels that were cleaner and better updated. We would not recommend this hotel.

There is no way to walk to the stores or restaurants from this hotel! I had to call an uber all the time if I just wanted to go down the street. No side walks. Very inconvenient. My family member past away and I wanted to cancel with a lot of time ahead and they denied it! Not coming back

Chloe was extremely rude... we flew in for a wedding and arrived at 930 am. We requested an early checkin due to our flight arriving early and understood that there may be a wait. However, she made my hadicapped mother, myself and my children wait in the lobby for over 4 hours before she even ordered our room to be cleaned for us to check in. And we over heard her talking to some guests that we chatted with in the lobby during our wait, when she mentioned that, "thats what they get for booking 3rd party"... pleanty of people checked in early and we were stranded for hours, sleeping in the lobby because of her lack of care and hospitality.

Loved our stay but our bathroom smelled like fried foods. Felt disgusting after showering. If our room didn’t smell I would have rated higher but it kind of ruined the experience for us.
