We booked a hotel room that should have been ready by 3pm and we did not receive our room until 9pm…. We were from out of town and missed our dinner reservations due to this. The evening from desk manager was not helpful at all.

Not coming back here. Room felt creepy (cramped and designed badly, barely room to move around the bed ), we got put right in front of the elevator, and the shower either jumped from freezing to painfully hot (which is the main issue). We both usually like a hot shower but there was no middle ground to the temperature to ramp up to it. Asked the front desk to send someone to look at the shower the next morning and when we got back that afternoon, nothing was different. There was no communication of whether someone was sent up or even a note.

the staff at the front desk were amazing! they upgraded our room to a king bed. the bedrooms are a decent size , beds are very comfortable and such great layouts. the hotel is overall very quiet which was great and is so close to everything!

Honestly was a nice place to stay especially with its location. I know the Marriott was right across the street and looked nicer but for the cheaper choice it was still a solid choice. The building and facility is a bit older but there was nothing wrong with it at all. I'd definitely recommend it if you are looking for a solid but cheaper choice.
