The elevator did not work six floors. The pool was closed by the health department. It was trash all over the place inside and out, but for some reason the room was clean. I felt bad for the girl that worked the front desk cause it’s not her fault but yeah, it wasn’t good

My room had a strong smoke smell I asked the front desk if it was a nonsmoking room they said yes it was and if they could give us other room i was willing to pay the difference in price for a upgrade they said they couldn’t move us to other room because they were booked. We went to buy all kind of stuff to make it smell better and we air the room all the time it wasn’t pleasant. Also the jacuzzi it wasn’t working and the pool was no well maintained there were ducks swimming in it and duck poop at the bottom.
