I did not eat any meals at this property so I cannot give a fair review on their food. However, during my three day stay I did not see any security staff walking the perimeter of the property which was very concerning considering the property layout. Secondly, I found a long hair on the toilet seat immediately upon entering the bathroom. I messaged the hotel staff and asked for towels and Lysol wipes but they never brought them. Even when they texted me during my stay to see how things were going I brought this to their attention but all they said was to leave a review.. so here is my review. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I stay again.

Walls were thin, and I couldn’t fall to sleep until 4am due to the party noise throughout the hotel as I was on the 3td floor. Very small elevator, and I couldn’t wait to get home to get some sleep. Otherwise staff was very nice 😊 coffee machine in my room was dirty, so I declined to make coffee the morning I left. I stayed 22/14/25

Staff were fantastic! No issues there. There was a massive hassle regarding parking. The hotel CHARGES YOU TO PARK. $40/mt. Or risk it by parking outside the the road in a dirt lot. The entry mechanism was faulty and directions unclear as evidenced by nearly every patron struggling to print out a parking pass EVERY time you entered or left! Why not just have a guest pass?? Overly complicated and not up front in the description Propertyjusfinejnism was faulty, and parking was tight.

Room was not cleaned, garbage left on desk, smelled like mildew. No hot water in shower!! Unacceptable. Could not reach front desk by phone, had to talk to someone in another country when I tried to get maintenance to deal with shower. Bad service!!
