The host at the restaurant was amazing, not sure of his name but he was working 7/30/2025 around 8pm. 10/10 hospitality experience. The rooms were outdated and a bit run down. You almost feel like two different properties when going from the lobby to your room because the public places of the hotel are spectacular and the rooms are very old. 1213 needs a shower upgrade as well as a new office chair it's broken.

Aging property. Room wasn't clean ie cigarette smells hairs in bathroom and bed. Stained headboards. Questionable power in room. Multiple extension cords and box extenders. Worn out outlets in bed side lamps. No to little cell service and intermittent wifi. Also TV would lock up while watching. Outrageous parking fees for a property not in a downtown location.
