the hotel is so beautiful especially we got a view of the boats FINALLY PILLOWS THAT MAKE YOUR SLEEP PEACEFULLY. WE WILL be a repeat customer. bad thing about the restaurant if you order OXYAIL RAGU please 🙏 be prepared to see 👀 a few little small cube of oxtail its portion ia for a baby I think more noodle then meat anything was stump about that how can you have a beautiful hotel but skimp on that disappointed on that only rooms are clean carpets outdated map is kinda confusing

I called and inquired about the deposit and they confirmed it was $50 and when i arrived they told me it was $100. I told them i called the hotel directly ro confirm and they still denied it. They also charge for parking but do not give you anything to place in your car. Why bother paying for parking if anyone can park there.

I’ve stayed here many times throughout the years, unfortunately this hotel is showing its age. Dirty halls, carpet, elevator, bathroom. It’s time to renew, remodel this place! And they nickel and dime you for everything!. The one plus is the location is convenient, right off the freeway and a short drive into the city and a nice walk around the marina is nearby.

I was a little surprised that the reviews weren’t better because this place is fantastic, an amazing location, the Boathouse restaurant was great (had it for breakfast), and everyone I interacted with was beyond nice, highly recommend staying here for short-term stays or if you are in the area for awhile, I will be back!!

The best part of the stay is the location. The room was nice and large. The property is marginally maintained. My room was large enough that it had two AC units. One was out of service. The engineering on-site was unable to fix it during my stay. House cleaning knocked on my door at 8:00 AM to see if I was checking out which is unacceptable as check out is 11:00 AM. On check out the employee on duty did not ask me how my stay was. Finally they charge $40.00 for overnight parking which is really unacceptable, there is literally nothing else out at this location/area. I consider the parking fee to be a money grab.

My recent day would be my second time staying at this property within a year. I will say I thoroughly enjoyed my stay this time around my room was placed in a very nice area. The staff was more than friendly and professional and super accommodating. I felt safe leaving my car in the parking lot. My bed was super comfortable. I will definitely come back to stay again
