Great location

Beautiful location in the Marina about 25 min drive from Downtown. Very nice restaurant, decent pool and exercise equipment room. Only downside is parking is costly at $40 per night.

I love where this property is located. The marina and the Bay are so beautiful and serene. The building configurations and the main lobby area are really unique as well.

Nice East Bay Hotel on the Bay

The Doubletree Berkeley Marina hotel is on the Marina looking across SF Bay to San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. I would have preferred a bay view room, but there aren’t many.You should take a walk on the paved path in front of the hotel with great views. Rooms are well furnished and maintained. It has a large lobby with a fancy restaurant and many meeting rooms. However, the $42 parking charge is ridiculous, and you should pay attention to parking options on your travel website ($13 on Hotels.com). I will stay there again.

Great Location

Excellent location for a vacation stay. Restaurant on site, parking ($42) and near the freeway. Close to great downtown shopping in Berkeley and Emeryville. A nice break away from the city surrounded by water and great views.
