When I arrived to my room I found foo don the floor , which was documented. I also, had to wipe down the bathroom counter due to hair and crumbs being there upon arrival. I was not happy with that at all.

The staff is so wonderful and patient., I very tired when I arrived, I was not able to understand the fees, and they very kindly explained it to me. The pillows are a little too soft for me, but the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked great, the TV was nice and you can connect with some streaming services. I had a great stay and although it was a little expensive, I would definitely stay again.

Missing TV remotes, shower shampoos, gels, conditioners not replaced, when you ask for room service, it gets forgotten, etc. Parking was $51/day, and there was no heads-up on that. That is insane, and unacceptable, I will not stay here just because of that. People were nice, no issues there.

It's a beautiful, clean, pleasant, and delicious hotel. The staff is excellent. I stayed there for five days and felt right at home. I would recommend it and will definitely stay there again if I return to Oakland, California. It has a spectacular view. The cleaning service is excellent. It's a horrible, horrible hotel. I got sick in my lungs. The room smelled horrible, ugly, dirty, it was scary, everything was falling apart. Now I have to go to the doctor to get checked out. I was really only there for about an hour. I think it was less, and I left there and went to another hotel. I had to leave because I couldn't. The hotel is horrible. The photographs and everything there are lies. The hotel isn't like that. There's a lot of crime, a lot of people, it's bad, there's no security, and the hotel is very neglected. Never in my life would I go back to that place.
