Pros: - The bed was comfortable - breakfast was included - security for the parking lot - location Cons - Front desk lady when we entered did not greet or acknowledge at all until we initiated - found 2 cockroaches in the drawer with the microwave

Everything went fine

Long wait times, rude impatient staff, outdated rooms, stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping never came in to clean room. Had to ask 4 times for towles and sheets. Room didn't have a remote. Bathroom dirty. No toilet tissue. I spoke to the manager and he stated he is going to try and process a refund. Please follow up on my refund and call me back

Only one tawell, the elevator is terrible

I have stayed at this hotel several times due to proximity to the university. You will never know what kind of room you will get at this hotel. Some stays have been decent with comfortable beds and varying sizes of the bathrooms. Our last stay was horrible. The best was terrible with springs actually jabbing my rib. I was sore for 2 days post. They had a portable AC in there which was a big surprise and the water leaked from the bathroom sink. I will avoid this place going forward.
