This is a lovely well maintained family home. We have owned the home for 30 years and we take tremendous pride in the home. The home has four comfortable bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms, new kitchen with all LG appliances, granite counter tops, very comfortable living room and of course a beautiful pool right outside your door. The home has split air conditioning in each room for the utmost comfort. There is a great outdoor shower and of course beach chairs and bikes. Please families only. No groups.

Fantastic location & beautifully appointed home!

Loved this stay so close to the ferry & shops/restaurants. Beautifully decorated & the pool & outdoor shower were perfect! Highly recommend it!

Was the perfect getaway. House was very clean, had everything, and the owner was very responsive. Our first time renting a house in Ocean Beach, the town was right down the road and 2 blocks from the beach. The house was just perfect for 2 families 4 adults and 4 children. The owner was great!!!

Perfect beach home!

The house was adorable. It was well stocked with more than just the basic necessities. We appreciated the beach towels, variety of glassware (and plastic for outside!), beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and, most of all, the tiki bar!! We had a great weekend staying here. It's perfectly located between the ferry dock and the beach. Marsha was a great communicator and the check-out process was a breeze. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful End of Summer Stay

We had such a nice mid-week stay in Fire Island. The property was just as pictured and Marsha was very helpful with any questions we had. Loved the outdoor space in back and the cute porch was very relaxing! Thank You again!
