My family and I stayed for 3 nights. The property was OKAY. The only thing I didn’t like was the appearance of the shower. I see why the hotel pics don’t show the bathroom at all. I feel like this place makes enough money to have their grout clean which was yellow and black. The outdoor pool was great for the kids and the complimentary water taxi to Secrets was nice.

Always loved aloft in the past… now I think it over run with dogs being a dog friendly property… The rooms have an odor of dog and it’s just too much. The rooms aren’t thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for dog hair and feces. Constant dogs barking. Think they need to designate one floor and specific rooms only for people with pets. I think it’s gotten over the top compared to previous years I’ve stayed

Awesome place! Location, people, Liquid bar, pool, etc Just no vanity light to see when shaving and no fan in bathroom plus ac a small issue. Overall tho very nice! Super dog friendly!

I had a terrible experience at the Aloft in Ocean City, MD. I booked my room a week in advance choosing the pay at property option. I drove 3.5 hours with my small children to arrive at the hotel and be told that they canceled my reservation and was sold out. I have never had an issue paying at the property. I was left stranded with my children. Our room was given away, I’m assuming to someone who paid on the spot. Why offer the pay at property option if you’re going to cancel the room. Horrible experience

The aloft at ocean city MD was ok.For room service you have to call the front desk to schedule. Not sure if that’s extra to have your room cleaned. Charging my phone in the room seem to take a long time. Staff at the hotel were very nice. 4 stars
