The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

From your balcony, you’ll enjoy the spectacular Ocean City sunrises, watch dolphins swim, keep an eye on the family at the beach, or just relax. In addition to the views, the convenient location allows you to easily move back and forth from the beach to the unit without a hassle.

Located in North Ocean City on 126th street, this unit is convenient to all the Ocean City has to offer with many in great restaurants, stores and entertainment within walking distance!

This fabulous 2 BR, 2 BA unit can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two doubles. Both bedrooms have TVs. The nicely appointed kitchen has everything that you will need to cook fabulous meals on those nights that you want to eat in. In addition, you will love the tastefully decorated unit with unique pieces such as the library card filer as an entertainment center. The balcony has a table for enjoying meals al fresco along with a lounge area for relaxing and enjoying a cocktail while the refreshing summer breezes keep you cool!

Relaxing oasis on the beach

This was the perfect place for our girls' getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the ocean views were absolutely stunning. The location was ideal—just minutes from all the main attractions and very easy to find. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

This warm and well-equipped property provided everything we needed and more. The furnishings were comfortable and accommodating. The unit is clean and comfortable. The beach was a little more crowded than expected. Lots of folks putting up umbrellas and chairs as early as 7:30 am to get prime real estate. Great view from the balcony for morning sunrise.

Simply the best

I can’t say enough about our stay in this beautiful condo! The location was perfect - the quieter end of Ocean City yet still walking distance or a very short drive to incredible restaurants (Tequila Mockingbird and Pablo’s were highlights). The condo is decorated beautifully and photos were accurate. The best part was the patio and how quiet the building was even for a holiday weekend! We didn’t hear any other unit noise and loved every minute. Can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed the property very much great location and fantastic view of ocean from balcony. The only issue we had was when on are balcony someone underneath us was definitely smoking cigarettes because we could smell it on are balcony.But would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here as a family of 5 and it was perfect! Beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable with everything you could need. Perfect spot to relax at the beach! You can see the ocean from the living room and dining room table along with a beautiful view from the master bedroom! Parking was no issue. Great location! Already looking to return again when new openings are listed!

Great location! 5th floor gives a fantastic view of the ocean.

The condo was beautifully decorated, view of the ocean was visible from every room except the back bedroom. Kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need. Even a few spices.

Perfect Vacation Rental

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental. As previous condo owners, we love the North OC atmosphere and setup. This condo made us feel like we in our own place. Great setup, great decor, real nice oceanfront view and all the amenities that you could want. The property owners/managers were very excellent to deal with and provided clear communication. Can't say enough about this condo. We would definitely rent there again!
