From the moment we walked in, staff greeted us and were always so nice. The building & room was clean, and had easy access to the beach. The hotel bar/restaurant was probably the best one we’ve had in ocmd with the food being 10/10. Overall a wonderful stay!

Gone way downhill…needs many updates & improvemen!

Still waiting for someone to bring up a crib for my infant for the week. Cleaning is no more than having the trash taken out. Coffee & toilet paper was never restocked. We asked for towels and was told it would be about an hour & almost 3 hours later we shared one of our wet beach towels (was going on almost noon to start our day). Beds are like sleeping on the floor and sheets were stained and never changed. There was long black hair everywhere. We came back on our last night and our hotel door was wide open, despite checking it that was secured before we left hours before. Since the garbage was gone, I can assume it was the cleaning crew. Great location on the boardwalk, but the quality has gone way downhill. We have stayed before on previous trips and had no issues. Will not be returning.

Wonderful place to stay while in ocean city! Basic hotel with good quality and maintains cleanliness. It is in a perfect location with good breakfast and dinner spots near. Lots of shopping places near as well.

Not good if you don’t like smoking

Ok place but everyone smoking on balconies that are right next to each other! Big signs say no smoking. With a bad respiratory issue, it was not fun and couldn’t enjoy my ocean front view I paid for. Reported it multiple times and was ignored. Stay somewhere that’s really smoke free if that’s what you want.

The rooms were good but need updating. Bathroom old. Bed was very confortable. Good location. Walking distance to Jolly Rogers water and amusement park. Great food at the Barracuba bar and grill. Breakfast was great. Pool was okay. Staff was great. Parking there was easy.

the bathroom sink was clogged up the water was cloudly with floating hair ,,,the ac unit could not be adjusted,,,room was freezing cold ,,reported this to front desk and the sink finally got cleared but the ac unit was never taken care of,,, it was like staying in an igloo ..the toilet bowl had brown rust stains,, rug was dirty and sticky ... will never go back again and would not recommend this place to anyone ,,,there was a note in the bathroom saying to reuse the towels due to a shortage of towels ,,no hand towels were used,,a shameful place for a 4.6 star hotel..
