The shower was to small. The heater made to much noise. The cabinets are all coming off the wall. The room smells. The carpet needs too be shampooed. There was a fire alarm went off the fire truck came and nobody from the staff came too my building too see what was happening.

Its a great place to stay off season. I reserved a regular room just 2 queen beds no guarantee of any ocean views. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded for free to a larger room with a partial ocean view.

The property was clean and in good location, however the floor and wall lamps in my room did not work, when I tried to contact the front desk for service, the phone was not working either, the AC unit was ventilating cold air, we tried to set it up the warmest but it was not working. I didn't bother trying to change my room because I was only staying for one night.

While checking in the lady was too busy on her phone. Not paying attention to what she was doing had me check into wrong room with all my stuff and I had to load everything back up walk and go all the way back to other building to front desk and wait for correct room
