We had such a wonderful experience with this hotel. The room was clean, and we greatly enjoyed the indoor pool, outdoor pool, and easy beach access. The staff truly made this experience a 10/10. The front desk was kind and knowledgeable, and housekeeping went above and beyond to keep our room clean and comfortable. Thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing. We will be back!

The room had deferred maintenance. AC system dripped on me at night. Bathroom had a large water damaged area with falling sheetrock and peeled paint an wallpaper. We left early after the bathroom lost power. Spent nearly $600 a night and no refund for unsed night. The hotel staff and management is dismissive and lack customer service or repsect. Tourist town for ya!
