I gave this hotel a 4 star and the reason why i couldn't give it a 5 because 1 i checked our bed and it had a noticeable stain not sure if it was a permanent stain 2 our mirror had figure marks and lastly beds are alittle uncomfortable you can feel the inner spring.The staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel

Kinda ok, but the front desk lady had a very strange way of speaking, couldn’t understand her. Had to ask her a few times to repeat what she said. And of course, she missed some info. The breakfast prepaid option includes one beverage and one meal. If you ask for juice, then you pay for coffee. Conditioner in a built-in bottle at the bathroom was out. The furniture was very heavy, bulky, and I had to watch my knees all the time. During a check-out I’ve heard other patrons complained other things.

My stay is always good. I stayed in room 403 the only was the slide door wouldn’t lock but the maintenance guy help and but a stick to the door to secured the door. Which that should get fixed . And the tub the stopper wouldn’t stop the water from going down. So had had to take a shower which was fine but wanted to take a hot bath. So hopefully though two things will be fixed.. But other then that everything else was fine.

Bed bug infestation

I stayed a the Double Tree Hilton Ocean City. I had to check my family out early due to a bed bug infestation. Both of the queen headboards were infested with bed bugs. I left the hotel admittedly with three bites on my neck. It was the worse experience ever.

One elevator was out of order and the other two felt and sounded like they weren't far behind in going out of service. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay as usual with friendly staff and a clean facility.

We always enjoy our stays at the DoubleTree in Ocean City. The staff is consistently welcoming and eager to assist with any concerns. The hotel’s beachfront location makes it incredibly convenient to access the sand and ocean right from the property. During our recent visit, our room had a few minor issues, but the team addressed them promptly and with a great attitude. Our kids especially love the indoor pool, which stays open late and is perfect for chilly days or rainy weather. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
