Stay for 3 nights room 303 ocean front. I agree with most reviews. Let’s start with the pros. Ocean front views, comfortable bed, close to boardwalk, In/ outdoors pools( not clean) walking distance to dining and kids activities, Cons: the room is old need alot of TLC. Anything that can be rust, rusted. Sink n tub slow draining, the fan in bathroom were loud as a lawnmower, the air conditioner was full o dust, and the small refrigerator was dirty we had to clean it ourselves with our own Clorox wipes The pulled out bed sheets has stain on it ( gross). So No we won’t be coming back unless managements remodel.

Rooms need major updating and stank. Linens were clean but stained. No clock in room or usb ports. Need a larger area for breakfast.

Well...I thought a first floor room would have direct beach access. No it does not. It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Not the care. It smelled of weed and cigarettes everywhere. Could not sit on patio without being overcome by skunk weed and cigarette smoke. The unit above us would drop their roaches down on our patio. I just want to stay at the beach and not smell that. I want to smell the briney ocean. Management needs to do better if they want non smoking families to come back

You could not pay me to stay here again. The manager was god awful, the room they gave me had literal feces on the curtains and mold in the AC and when i asked for a new room they were sooooo bothered. Long story short had to pay double to get moved to a DECENT room, and even still, you cant pay me to come back.I called corporate to file a complaint and when they said they had to call the manager during my stay I quickly cancelled my complaint because I was fearful the manager would do something crazy. I witnessed him not only treat me poorly but cuss out another woman. 0/10, dont start your vacation off with this mess like I did

Absolutely disgusting. Hair all over the bed, toilet was clogged when we got there, shower drain is so slow took about an hour to get down, the room smelled like mold definitely do not recommend

The hotel is very nice. Great location. Beautiful oceanfront view from balcony. Did have some little ants in the room. Sliding door to balcony has a very high step over that if you don’t pay attention you could trip and fall. The beds were great. Very comfortable. Overall it is a very nice hotel. We plan to stay there again.

The couch bed was broken and held up by a box and could not be slept on the fridge and microwave were completely rusted outside and inside the tub drain lever was broken off and the tub did not drain.
