The staff was nice and friendly. The room we had was small for 4 people. The hotel and room is outdated. The elevator is old. The breakfast was good. Great location for the beach.

I came in to find out the balcony door did not lock properly so we had to use a stick to secure it. There was trash under the bed behind the sofa and dressers. There was a leak over the toilet. The tub was stopped up. Called twice for service no one showed up.

If your looking for just a place to lay your head , has great beach access and a pool that is good size this is a good place . Lack luster on the clean side., 2 pairs of Socks left behind and the fridge was definitely not cleaned . Looked like something leaked on the bottom , But the beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean.

It was wonderful that it was just steps from the beach, but that was about it Front desk people were pleasant, but we didn’t realize housekeeping is only every three days!! You can request it more frequently I found out at check out. Not that it would have mattered. Despite having 5-10 housekeeping workers our room was filthy when we arrived. Filthy or broken. Air conditioner did not work correctly. Curtain to the ghetto balcony was broken. Mold in the refrigerator and coffee pot. Public hair on the shower CEILING!!! There were many workers planted in the stairwells at all times smoking and on their phones. One housekeeper fought with her boyfriend over FaceTime in our hallway for several hours. He finally showed up and they were making out in the parking lot for an extended period of time. Guess thwy made up. 😬 I did see a vaccuum on our floor that was never once moved our entire stay. It is very outdated, but removing poo 💩 from the toilets would help considerably with the astetics.

I loved that it is beachfront and has an outside and inside pool! I did not like how the breakfast was set up! The breakfast needs to be different! There is not much room to dine once you make and choose your meal and too small for both buildings! I suggest having a breakfast set up in both buildings! Also need some protein added to the breakfast menu like eggs!

We had an amazing time!!! You can tell the hotel is old but they kept the grounds and area clean. City side was warm and elevator scary lol. Ocean side was nicer seemed more updated maybe newer. Both sides altogether will be coming back!!!

A lot of walking things to do if you don’t want just beach. We stayed her to get away but had a great time. The hotel you can tell is old but the staff keeps it very clean and are amazing!!! We stayed two night one night in the city view and one night on the ocean view and the transition to arrive to change of room was amazing and smooth!!! Will return and the ocean view is well worth the extra for sure!!! Just recommend not getting first floor.

I'm glad I only had yo stay for 2 nights, had 3 rooms and every room either the air conditioner didnt work, the doors didnt lock or had missing locks, the microwave didnt work, Housekeeping took long to bring towels and sheets. There were markings in one of the bathroom ceiling. Black long hairs on my towels, sheets and pillows. Sand and stains found in the refrigerators. It was just an overall unhealthy enviornment. The staff does not greet you when you enter the building and the staff smokes right outside the front entrance where guest comes in. This was my worst experience in a hotel.

The view of the beach and ocean was spectacular. The indoor pool and its sitting area was nice. The motel is older, but clean and in a great location. If I return to Ocean City, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Also, when I arrived the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.

We could not see the ocean in our beachfront view on the first floor. There were kids climbing our balcony fence and looking into our room. We asked the maid for room service for our second day, and she did not clean our rooms. There are plenty of other hotels on the beachfront to choose from. We will NOT be coming back to Quality Inn.
