This is my second time trying this hotel. I visited in September for a healthcare conference and again on 10/25-10-26. Clarification needs to made clearer regarding Ocean Front and the new building across the street. The new building is totally inconvenient having no amentities and having to go back across the street. There is a smell once you get to your floor, which almost smells like rubber and the room was dirty. The hardwood floors had dirt and hair n them. There was a ring in the tiny table where somewhere had a drink, so the table was never cleaned and the bathroom. NASTY! Dirt and hair on the floors and even worse there was one long dark hair smeared and stuck to the shower wall. When I think of a Hyatt, I think of a very clean hotel and other higher end Hyatt's should be immaculate! Not the case. The clean standard is no longer and they rush to sell out and get a body in the room. Cleanliness needs to come first, period. Lastly the parking SUCKS! Both garages get full and they do not have adequate parking. Not sure what or who didn't think that process out, but it is quite frustrating. The only one positive thing is the staff has always been courteous and nice. Not a fan of this property. There are many other hotels that are much cleaner, cheaper and have adequate parking.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past few years and LOVED it! This trip was VERY disappointing. When we checked in we found out that parking is now $10/day and the breakfast that use to be included is now $11/person per day. We went down to breakfast to find there was no food to be had. Everything was gone and everyone was standing around waiting. We were so disappointed we just left and went to a regular restaurant for breakfast. Next year we will be finding another hotel for our stay.

I would stay here again. However, if your not a pet lover...we had a room next to someone whom had dogs and seemed to leave in room and they were not happy. Fortunately I love dogs so it made us feel like we were at home. Again, this was in October when dogs allowed on beach. The Hyatt was very nice.

My stay at the Hyatt Oceanfront Hotel was absolutely lovely! The ocean views were breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves was the perfect start to each day. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a modern coastal feel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The amenities were top-notch — from the pool area and fitness center to the restaurant overlooking the water. Everything felt relaxing and well maintained. I especially enjoyed the easy beach access and how peaceful the evenings were. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a mix of comfort, luxury, and oceanfront serenity.

I have breathing issues and elevator was out on Thursday night and Friday during day. Wi-Fi was out and refrigerator was froze up and running warm. Had a horrendous first day. View is absolutely stunning. We were also charged for breakfast which was supposed to be free. Not sure about returning

I stayed during the off season and you cannot beat the price for what you get. Modern hotel with newly renovated rooms, plenty of space, and direct access to the boardwalk. I stayed in a "partial" ocean view room but it still provided a great view of both the ocean and the bay from the balcony. I did not bring a pet but I saw many dog breeds during my stay, so this seems to be the spot for dog lovers. Only downsides are breakfast and parking are charged separately and there is a fire station nearby which could be a concern for light sleepers.
