Worst experience I have ever had

The worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was useless. I was charged 10$ a day for parking when I was not told when booking. Was told I had to pay to park for my stay at check in. Then I couldn’t even find a parking spot in the parking lot I have to pay to park in after a long day where I just wanted to come back and relax. When voicing my concern to the staff I was told I could park across the street (inconvenient after being on my feet for 9 hours) half of the outlets in my room did not work and one of them had a broken piece of cord in it. (Staff did not seem like they wanted to hear my concerns) the room was dirty!!!!! Sheets looks like they had mud on them and after being washed did not come out (if they were even washed) lotion or something was squeezed on the floor and left there. hotel smelled the potpourri covering a marijuana smell. Barely slept with the rowdiness of other guests and their guests. People were drunk in the hall ways their rooms and tail gating ing the parking lot (which I why I probably couldn’t find a parking spot that I was forced to pay for.

We opened a fresh pack of toilet paper, there were blood stains in the roll from needle users cleaning their needles in it. Ridiculous. The only thing they did about it was just give us new toilet paper.

I liked the property. I didn’t that they on get 1 parking permit per room. We like to get two rentals in case we are working and we have to travel to different locations. Other than that it was ok

It was pretty homey and i was just happy there was no sign of bugs. We also had a pretty nice view! The ceiling in the bathroom was sagging, obviously had severe water damage and was also molded. There was a pipe that was not inclosed properly and instead of fixing it, someone just shoved paper towels into it? The room seemed very empty and kind of outdated as well.

Overall it was a good stay

The hitel is very well located as it sits on the boarwalk and the beach literaly. The hotel was clean, offered basic toiletries, iron , dryer and confy beds. The hotel does not have restaurants although it says on this web it does, what it is is that there are two restaurants on the boardwalk but bot belong to the hotel tho from what the recepcionist explained to us.. has an indoor small pool that opens at 10 am. Rooms were big than average... overall, I had a glld experience since this was booked last minute.

good, but a few annoyances

comfortable, clean and friendly. no major complaints. however, the fact that the porch light stays on all night (BRIGHT) will disquade me from returning. I enjoy seeing ocean at night and watching sunrise... which the bright porch alway-on-light diminishes. also, the vendors below had loud music until late in evening.
