The location was great. There were a lot of food options and proximity to bars. The staff were friendly and room was clean. The only negative was the bathrooms are small and on the day of checkout the maid staff sat outside our door at 9:30am and you can hear the talking. It felt like we had to rush our checkout which was at 11am because the staff just sat outside our door for what appears to be waiting to clean our room for the next guests. It would have been nice if they didn’t sit outside our door and waited until we checked out.

The stay was great it was quiet enough ! I’ve seen some people mention the ac being loud and I can second that ! That is true but see I already like to sleep with thunder storms so it didn’t bother me much ! It’s very convenient for the beach with kids ! Not a far walk at all literally right on the beach. The parking was bad but luckily I got there around check out time so it was some options available for us ! So I would recommend that arriving around that time if you can. Being that our room wasn’t ready yet we just relaxed on the beach and got some food while we waited . I’ve seen some people mention the smells through out the hallway and lobby I honestly didn’t think it was bad but I can see where people say it stinks lol but over all I liked the place travelsd with a baby and younger teens ! Now as in price wise I wouldn’t say it was with THAT much only bc I feel like the property can use some updates for an example the toilet coulda used a new toilet seat , bigger parking lot or an extended one that offers valley would be an nice idea etc but I see why the price is set that way because it’s convenient and literally on the beach.

It was very clean, our TV didn’t work upon our arrival but they were very quick to fix it and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was we were supposed to have Queen beds and they were double beds, our 3 year old sleeps in the middle so it was snug, but the beds were comfortable and the room and hotel was clean.

This was my family's first time at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights in July, 2025 in a side ocean view room. Here are the positives: Quiet room - We never heard our neighbors. The sliding glass door was like a vault when it shut. Very nice! Excellent Location - Right in the heart of the boardwalk. We parked once in their lot and walked to everything. The small beer/water/soda store down the block was very handy. Clean Rooms - Very well kept rooms with updated fixtures and furniture.The room was also very large. Comfy Mattresses - Our double queen mattresses were very comfortable. There were 4 pillows per bed and seemed like down feathers. Friendly Staff - Check in/out was very easy. They greeted us when we walked thru the lobby. Elevators - The hotel had 2 elevators. Waiting times were zero or very minimal. Ice machine - One ice machine that can easily fill a cooler. Cooking - Our room had a good-sized microwave, small sink, coffee maker, and small fridge/freezer. The refrigerator actually got really cold and froze some things. This is a plus! The negative things: The lobby can be updated to match the rooms. The lighting was bleak and could use a complete refresh. It doesn't give a good first impression. Electric Outlets - This is a minor gripe. There should be more outlets to charge phones by the bed night stand. We'll definitely keep this hotel on our list for future visits!

First time staying at this hotel, every floor has the privacy dividers between porches except the penthouse floors, which would be nice to have so you don’t see the people right next to you. Our room was pretty clean for the most part, some stains on the sheets and some trash under the cushions on the couch but wasn’t awful, will stay there again if we have to. Nice view from the 7th floor. I don’t necessarily understand why we have to pay to park when it should be included in your stay and the parking lot is small so you have to park across the street in their condo parking lot. Not super convenient but not the worst thing ever. Overall not a terrible place to stay.
