Breakfast was good. Made that easy to start the day. Jacuzzi was broken . Manager did take 20 off room so that was nice gesture. Shower was hot then cold then hot then cold . A good place to crash but room was basic. Close to pier which was cool. Next to freeway which was easy to navigate but you are next to a major freeway. I

Bed was not comfortable at all and we woke up with sore bodies. Staff was very cold, particularly the morning desk staff.

Beautiful place to stay! Loved being near the beach, and walkable to many great restaurants. We weren’t impressed with the Piper Restaurant, but the Shore Room was very nice with excellent drinks. This resort is very family friendly, who co is great for families, but there were many screaming and running kids around the common areas and swimming pool and especially in the hot tub, even though the sign says go 12 and older.

Everything was great

Staff was nice enough but room was dirty, and very stingy with towels for bathing.

Breakfast was delicious. Everything was very clean. Staff friendly.
