Check in was sketchy. It took over 5 minutes to come to the window. It was about 9pm and lobby was locked. The room didn’t look like the photos. The beds were awful and on metal frames that were loud every time you moved. Towels were stiff and thin. No tissue or Kleenex. Door wouldn’t securely shut or lock. Homeless/strung out man in parking lot talking to himself and taking off his pants. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

Shower dirty, toilet did not work, bedside tables not cleaned. Literally needed to get few hours of sleep before I continued driving. Slept with my clothes on and DID NOT step foot in that shower. Area is safe, convenient for food, shopping & freeways. Will not return, ever.

Dishonest staff at the desk, will save a customers info and communicate with other locations to commit acts of prejudice and bear false witness on the property just to harass colored Latino or black, veterans or tattooed customers with racist attacks. I was setup an another property and based off me standing on my my hard earned money and how I was treated the chain communicated with this location and made up a water problem that didn’t exist. Even got multiple random tenants involved to help make the lies more believable. Do not Trust anyone working at this location or turn your eyes for a sec.

Was refused service based off a story that was made up by staff. Recognizing and or saving customer info from previous or other locations is insane. An honest man who expects the same service as any other honest customer. Unfortunately that’s not avail here if you have to stand on your feet against a staff setup of theatre and agitators. The company has the ability to remove the loathing if it’s not as promised but instead will take a conspired attack against honest customers who want basic honest service. Do not trust this staff

The first few stays were ok, until it came to the attention that the staff save customers of choice info, and will make false claims such as water is out, or retaliate against a customer with communication and conspired efforts of racist attacks. To lie straight to the face of an honest customer is insane. A part of the community for over 30 years and refused service through false claims of property water issues or parties. They should not list a room on the 3rd website for availability it the rental is not as promised. The fact they can take the rooms off the sight but continue to list them and then when the customer arrives hit him with bs stories and save the customers personal information to attack him or his family at other locations is insane.
