Terrible! One star is 5 too many . This was absolutely the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. Booked a dog friendly room and it was deplorable door didn’t shut all the way was very hard to open room smelled of marijuana the whole time .Room was filthy a/c kept shutting off then wouldn’t cool at all (had an error code on it ) it was also held together by zip ties and was very loud. hot water didn’t work nor could you turn water from tub to shower the was broken.bed had hair in it and was a very old dirty bed .bathroom was awful bulbs missing spider webs in the light fixture with missing bulb .Went to front desk to see if they could put us in a different room was told No they could Not as we had a dog & no other pet room open but I could check out early then rebook. But couldn’t be moved because we had a dog .Booked 4 nights toughed out 2 nights and couldn’t take it.No manager available to speak with and nobody could contact them for multiple days of myself calling to speak with them about this issue and Expedia trying to speak with them . Ultimately was told I’m not allowed to have any refund at all even though the hotel didn’t meet any cleaning standards and also had no resolution to the deplorable conditions . And it has taken a week for Expedia to get a response from management (very unprofessional) so don’t stay here especially with a pet because they will charge you $20 a night for the pet and put you in a room not worth $20 a night I would have rather stayed in my car
