Upon arrival, the front desk person was rude and very unwelcoming. Room reeked of marijuana throughout the night, broken furniture and unworkable electrical outlets. Butter, jellies and cream cheese were left out opened and uncovered. Scrambled eggs were green. In the bread box, there were no tongs or any utensils to use to get out the selected item. Self parking was okay.

Very worn out hotel. Looked beat up. Stained furniture in the lobby. Carpet stained, worn and frayed in the rooms. Furniture in rooms banged up and ragged. Huge spot where wall was patched behind the door and not finished/painted. Outside had lots of trash.

The night staff was friendly and great to work with. The day staff seemed very interested in her phone and not interested in customer service. The pool was not clean and there was no "chlorine" smell like other pools. The water was freezing as was the whole pool room. The floor stripping had some nails loose from the floor to the carpet and two family members hurt their feet. The furniture was outdated and wobbly. This was very disappoint as we specifically wanted this chain as they have always been worth every dollar and because of this time of year the pool was an important part of our stay. Very disappointing. We were also pre charged for a reservation AFTER we had checked out a day early!

The photos of this property made it look much nicer. The elevator was broke. Chair and footstool had stains and the carpet was ripped. Our fridge did not work. Juice out just coffee for drink. Not everyone drinks hot coffee. Had to ask for waffle mix. Paint was peeling. The neighborhood was quite sketchy. When we needed something we had to ask staff to get off their phone to help us. And when we were loading had the cleaning persons children chasing us asking if we were checking out yet. I would not recommend. We were shocked for a Comfort Inn and Suits.

Grounds in need of upkeep, someone was sleeping on the couch, we got checked in elevator was down so put us on 1st floor. First room had issues so moved us to another room after 3 visits to desk. Our friends had to be moved as well. Definitely outdated.

Room had cockroaches in it woke up to it in the bed with me. Went down too the front desk they didn’t move me until the next day. The area is really bad homeless people everywhere felt very unsafe do not recommend
