We checked out after one hour of checking in. The place was not safe, the room which was a suite was deplorable. The door wouldn’t properly shut, the closest door was hanging sideways and there was mold in the shower. Horrible hotel. However the young lady checking us in was very polite and nice. She did a great job

We found a pill on our floor in our room when we showed up thankfully we found it before one of our 4 children did! We also had asked for a crib before hand and they didn’t get us one. So we the. Asked and the front desk lady told us we had to come get it. Then made us come down a separate time for blankets for the pull out bed because the room had none.

We were traveling, decided to booked here because the reviews seemed to be a great hotel, at the time we arrived June 27 2025 this property condition wasn't the best, room carpet, couch, walls , bathroom was dirty, bedding was not clean , it's a very old outdated hotel. Staff was very friendly, the breakfast lady was nice, plenty of parking . I don't plan to stay here again.
