Courteous staff. Attentive breakfast staff. The pancakes from the pancake machine were inedible. Bacon was crispy, which was a nice surprise. Otherwise good selection of food. Room overall was fine. However, it was an accessible room and the barn door for the bathroom was extremely difficult to move for someone who did not need accessibility accommodation. Bed was oddly lumpy. Overall, the hotel and room presented as welcoming.
