All good and convenient/ nice staff. Difficult to confirm which La Quinta we had reserved as all numbers led to reservation people who have nonfunctioning front desk phone numbers .We crossed the city from the airport only to find out we were staying by the airport, ugh.

Poor customer service!!!

The lady that checked us in was very rude and being very unprofessional. I asked to speak to manager and she went to the back to tell him or so I thought. When she came out she said he was in office with door closed and I would have to wait which I did. The manager was very helpful and explained everything very well. The double queen room was very small. Could barely walk through the room without bumping in to something. It looked much bigger in person. I will definitely choose another hotel to stay at in the future!

La Quinta no Bueno

Gave us a room by the lobby. Staff was EXTREMELY loud at midnight and early hours for the entire stay. Key cards didn't work. Had to replace twice while we were there. Room not in great shape ... run down and dingy. Would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

The cleanliness of the entire property was absolutely disgusting immediately upon walk in. The walls in the halls and room were visibly black on commonly used areas and also random areas in the room itself. There were sticky runs down the walls and desk in the room. The sofa couch had multiple large stains on the cushions and the carpet infront of the sofa was filthy.. Stains on top of stains, on top of stains. We were so disgusted by the room we went to a target to get something to clean the room. The pool was not in use which was a bummer but not a reason for the poor rating. Minimal towels in room compared to other hotels we've stayed. When asked for more they said they didn't have any that were clean. Staff originally checked us in under someone else's name. 2 times our card keys didn't work and we had to go back to the lobby to have them reset. Will never again book with this hotel chain.

Property was nice and clean. Issue was they were doing some maintenance on our floor and they were extremely loud so we couldn't really sleep. Lots of screaming. Also the tub was slippery. My friend fell in the tub and busted her lip. We told the front desk and they did nothing.

Positives -proximity to everything Negatives -hairs on bathroom tub -cracks and mold on bathroom tub -broken shower head -tub wouldn't drain -unable to shower -had to clean shower drain myself -banging and shouting in room next door until 3am -stomping and shouting in room above until 2am -running and shouting down halls throughout the night -doors slamming and shouting throughout the night -loud crashing outside window for 30 minutes starting at 430am -racing on street and highway all throughout the night -I didn't sleep all night -son only slept 2 hours -all of this happened in our 13 hour stay -worst experience ever and night from HELL

Horrible service

First the check in deposit we were told it would put a $50 hold. Cool no problem, but it was actually $172. The excuse was the girl at the front was new and she didnt know their system well. Beds are hard as a rock. When we booked we made sure to book a room with 2 queens and a couch. We were given a room with 2 queens. Even when showing what we booked and paid for we were told sorry thats what you got. Be careful in the shower its slick. Abnormally slick. Our room that they say sleeps 5 people but would only give 4 pillows and we were told we couldnt get more.

Business Trip OKC

Business Trip on OKC Hotel staff very nice and overall a nice hotel with free parking and breakfast included. Large clean bathroom and had everything I required. Sadly close to highway so noisy at night, a lot of homeless drug users in the local area as well. Room smelt of smoke. These issues are beyond the control of the staff at the hotel however. If you have a car this area felt close to a lot of other locations across the city at a cheaper price.
