Phones on the room didn’t work. We couldn’t contact housekeeping, front desk. I was told after that everything we would need was on their app. I wasn’t posted on the room anywhere. My kids that slept on a sofa beds had one sheet to cover with. We were there for two days and only had 2 towels. We paid for a suite to sleep 5 and we got 2 towels and housekeeping never came the entire stay. Valet parking was $37 a night. Hotel restaurant was not kid friendly with food.

Requests to housekeeping went unanswered. No soap in bath. Front desk gave me the wrong room number at check-in. Sheets had stains that appeared to be blood. Water pooled in bath tub. Not all electrical sockets worked. Windows were filthy.

Very close walking distance to great food and attractions. The hotel is dated, but still comfortable. The bar was out of a lot of things, the F&B manager should be more on top of ordering. Yes, NBA playoffs were happening and other sporting things, but those can be easily planned for and considering the new arena will be DIRECTLY across the street, this is something that must be kept in mind for the future.
