The room had a few places the cleaning staff missed, but we took care of what we could and went to bed, due to being exhausted, instead of insisting on a new room and moving. The floor wasn't swept, there is what we are hoping was just a large blob of gel on one of the nightstands, and a large ball of someone's hair in one of the hand towels. We probably won't stay at a Hilton tru again if this is what we can expect.

I had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable, but what made my experience even better was the outstanding service. I want to give a special shout-out to Lamond at the front desk — he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. His professionalism and genuine kindness truly made my stay feel even more special. Thank you, Tru Hilton, for the great hospitality. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again!

I was having a great experience until my vehicle got damaged in the very front parking lot beside the door. I noticed the staff and was told they couldn't give out phone #'s to who I would need to speak to but she would call me. I never got a phone call. I texted the customer support # letting them know I'm still awaiting a phone call. I got a response back stating you park at your own risk. I'm now home, still haven't gotten my phone call and now have a damaged car that it costs more to fix than my whole stay was. I was notified that a manager/rgm someone along the lines that's a she would call me. Apparently us customers are nothing more than peasants in her eyes that are unworthy of the decency of a phone call. Don't bother calling now. They do need to update the photos on Expedia. The breakfast area doesn't offer the variety it shows in the photos.
