The suite was spacious and well-maintained overall but needed renovations. There were no USB ports and the couch was pretty worn. An old piece of pizza was uncovered when we pulled out the sleeper sofa. Loved the extra half bath and small balcony.

Everything met/went above my expectations when considering what’s important when searching for a place to stay while on vacation. I’d say the only thing I’d change would be a more secure valet service. The only form of confirmation to get my keys and ride back was my name. The valet staff was very friendly and efficient, this is not to say they weren’t. Overall, a great stay.

The carpet in the rooms were dirty and had big stains all over them, the bathroom was not clean in the shower did not drain, tiles missing in the bathroom, wallpaper falling down on the wall. There was no hairdryer in the room, there was no phone to calm down to the front desk, the bar downstairs was never open. There were ants all around the pool deck.

For the price that this place charge. It need to match the price. First, the rooms is too old school. Second they dont clean the rooms good. Third the customer service is bad.

Since I have relatives in Hotel Industry, I knew pretty much for with an occupancy, A charge for early check in at two to three in the afternoon is unreasonable, This property has 14 floors and as a result in checked out time there was not enough of influx to justify such demand. To add to this information this time period was a celebrated holiday.
