Good place to stay for short or long term. Need to modernize furniture, especially electrical outlets. Lobby should be cleans and disinfected on regular basis as it was smelling.

Front desk people were great, as they always are at this location. The good: Main areas of room reasonable clean. Floor appeared cleaned and mopped on the areas where you walk. The location is convenient because it's right next to a convenience store and west olympia isn't far. Air conditioning unit working and in good order. The bad: Fridge had not been wiped out. Red jelly-like substance smeared on the top rack. Crumbs of last guest on the bottom of the fridge. Faint sea-food like smell in the room permeated and did not go away, I just got used to it. The areas of the floor that are visible to the eye but not walked on had not been cleaned. Bed was neat, clean and tidy, however it was not real comfortable. Last time I stayed it was, so it really depends on what room you get, I think. There was a long black hair on the side of the shower wall. There was a short curly hair in the bottom of the tub. It grossed me out and I declined to take a bath like I had planned and just took showers. Looked like cleaning the room was a rush job. For what people pay if it's only one night, we deserve better. The good again: the front desk people are always a great example of excellent customer service and always have a great attitude. That matters a lot. This company does great with front desk service but needs to raise their housekeeping standards when they train staff in that role.

Dirty, smelled like cat pee. The manager gave us a hard time until we made her come up and smell it. Their idea of breakfast was literally instant oatmeal packets and hot water.

Most places like this have a breakfast room and provide you with a substantial breakfast. This one does not. They did however give us a kitchen in our room, although you have to get utensils, dishes, pots and pans from the front desk. In any case, we didn't use the kitchen. Also the mattress was not great and the room smelled like fresh wall paint. You can do better for your money.

Certain staff is amazingly gracious. I stayed at this location for almost four months. When you reside at a location with multiple people you always have stipulations but local staff seemed to deal with local situations fairly well. They have the most whitest sheets ive ever seen, most prompt response to issues and a knack for dealing with the most vast of issues. My car was towed however without notice which should have been dealt with differently. I understand circumstance but believe we all have some. Blessings to the kind staff i did get to know.
