Hvac started dripping at midnight with annoying, audible dripping that kept us up until 3am. Hotel cant control as maintenance issues do come up. Kurig maker in the room was broken in the morning when we needed the caffeine from no sleep. But, room was clean and appreciate that. And Manager did offer free breakfast for the bad night sleep, and reminded us there was coffee in lobby. Free coffee was empty when we went to check out but front desk clerk was kind and apologetic. Unfortunately, we just had bad experience b/c of lack of sleep and no caffeine. But it was clean, and front desk and Manager were kind.

The only poor thing about this stay was that the body wash was empty and the shower wasn’t clean. There were hairs in the shower. Didn’t seem rinsed off at all.

The desk staff was friendly and the lady that worked the bar was amazing! However the woman working the breakfast in the morning was a horrible and rude person! Very unhappy with being treated like I was an inconvenience. The room was clean but I had a 5 night stay and had a 3rd day cleaning scheduled and it never happened. For over 500 dollars for the stay and having to pay 15 a day for parking I was not impressed. Hopefully this helps the next bit nothing was offered for the short comings of the stay!
