Decent Staff dirty Hotel

The check-in process was substandard. They offered no water no extras for their guest rooms were a bit pricey for what you get. I brought it to the attention of the front desk personnel and advise her that the rooms were dirty. The sofas had stains and she said that’s just what it is. They’re working on getting it cleaned. I had hair on my bed. I’m not sure how they have a 9.0 rating, but the staff were decent enough. At least they acknowledge your presence but way over price for what you get.

We found dog hair all over the hotel room and had to wear black socks in the room as the floors were extremely dirty but other than that, the location and building were nice. We just expected more from Cambria and for the price that we paid.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious, but make sure to add the breakfast to your booking for extra savings. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing i could “complain” on was the pool. It was extremely cold. My kids were looking forward to swimming after being the the car for 450 miles, only being able to stand the chill of the water for 5 minutes. I even got in and only lasted 3 minutes before my teeth were chattering.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a nice view of downtown and it’s in a central area. There is plenty of hotel parking and the staff is kind and helpful. I love the LED mirrors and the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom.

The furniture in my hotel room was old, worn and dirty. The shower was for someone with disabilities and didn’t have a regular shower curtain or shower head. Water flooded the floor because of the thin curtain. The carpet throughout the hotel was badly stained and the walls in the bathroom were damaged. I felt dirty staying there and contemplated moving to another hotel but didn’t want to lose my money. You could hear everything that was happening in the hallways and rooms above me. Long story short, the hotel doesn’t seem like it’s being maintained at all which is concerning for a variety of reasons.

I booked two nights friday and saturday. We got in friday at 8pm. We were told they saw our booking but no longer had a room available. There was no kindness, apology or further explanation. No attempt to make it right, nothing. They turned away two yound women alone at night with no wjere else to go. We came back the next night and there was no accommodation, not even free parking, a free snack.. anything and still no smile, no hello, no friendliness whatsoever. Insanely disappointing.

The air in the room had trouble keeping as cold as we wanted, and there was a large stain on the couch. Otherwise it felt clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice.
