Was upgraded for free which was really nice. Toilet flooded but they moved us to a new room. Not very expensive, good continental breakfast. Staff very friendly. Definitely needs a deep cleaning. Several dirty things and hallways smelling like smoke.

The bathtub had paint chipped off over the entire tub, the toilet didn’t work properly. There was a party in the room next door that woke us up at 2am-4am but the front desk person didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand what I was telling her. Don’t recommend this place

Construction and maintenance of rooms had poor upkeep. The vibe of the whole room was crummy. I found a large hair tuft that was definitely not my families. Service was adequate but definitely could have been a step up for it to be considered nice. Pool was cold and the maintenance was crummy. Overall it wasn’t my favorite.

First of all the food that attach to the motel had a bug in our drink he didn’t charge us but you know the motel had roaches in the bathroom ripped carpets the soap was used already before we even got there beds were nice but ugh after roaches. We’ll never stay then again staff was great though

I really wish I had done more research before booking this hotel. The staff themselves were nice and polite, but the hotel is rundown and needs a lot of improvements. There was a smoking odor throughout the hotel, the elevator was small and dirty, and when we got off on the 9th floor, the ceilings were orange/brown and visibly dirty. When we entered our room, we found multiple large brown spots on the ceiling and spots on the wall that looked like water damage. The sheets and covers were extremely thin, and the overall cleanliness of the room just didn’t feel right, not necessarily because of the staff, but because the building itself is not well maintained. A room in that condition should never be given to guests. While we were there, we also noticed sketchy people hanging around both inside and outside the hotel. At one point, a woman was trying to break into people’s cars and damaging them, and we later found out she had been drinking at the hotel bar. She ended up trashing the lobby. After seeing that, we didn’t feel comfortable going to the bar or eating the breakfast. The breakfast itself did not look good, and considering the overall condition of the building, we did not trust the cleanliness or sanitation of it. There are several other decent hotels right across the street that I would recommend staying at instead. I will not be coming back.

The bath, especially the shower was terrible. The plaster was coming off the wall and there were stains and chipped tile throughout the shower. There were people smoking in the hotel and the sheets and all my clothes smelled like smoke. The hallway was disgustingly gross. It was always dirty and smelled like urine

There was black mold in the bathroom, the ceiling was coming apart. What looked like blood stains on the carpet. Asked for a blanket and pillows for the pull out bed, was given a blanket after waiting for 30ish minutes and was told that they didn’t have any pillows. I expressed my concerns about the room. They gave us a different room, but it wasn’t much better. If I wasn’t just passing through Omaha, and had a chance of receiving a refund. I would have taken the refund and picked a different hotel. We woke up to no water to room as well. It’s a very poorly ran hotel and is in bad shape.

room smelled like cigars, Carpet was stained and sticky. Elevators didn't work most of the time. Was served raw chicken and not apologized or given other options. Had a large group and waiter never came over to table to ask if we needed anything. Was on his phone or playing slots most of the time. No frig in room. parking lot was full of trash. I could wright a book on it. The only reason we stayed was because of family there. No other reason. We have stayed there before and have had the same experiences.
