Of our whole road trip experience, this hotel was our favorite stay. The building is gorgeous, inside and out. The staff was super friendly. Brea gave us dining recommendations in the area that were outstanding (Mexitelli and The Table, both within walking distance). She also gave us ideas for sightseeing and activities in the area. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. We loved it!

I think parking should be free for those that stay at the hotel. $35 a night is a lot. Especially if you’re there for a few days. The hotel is beautiful. Clean and quiet. The town right there to go walking is perfect.

The staff were phenomenal! The front desk was very kind and accommodating. The attention to detail in the room from housekeeping was amazing. I loved the modern atmosphere of the hotel with so many classic touches sprinkled throughout their decor. Would definitely consider booking here again!

When we went to check out and give the valet the ticket, there was only one person working so while other people waited the employee got our vehicle and then checked us out. There was "free" coffee in the tiny little lobby but the machine was out of coffee. I watched as a couple went to the adjoining restaurant (no free breakfast) but they were told they would have to pay for the coffee from there. Theyl couple told the front desk employee and yes, still the only employee working, and he said he would get to it when he could. This all took place at 9:30 am on a Sunday morning, prime check out time. I felt bad for the employee. With the name and where this hotel was located I was very disappointed. They could do great things with that hotel, but you can tell they dont put enough money back into it for their guests.

The Magnolia Hotel is a boutique hotel and very vintage. We loved the vibes at this hotel and the fact that they have the shuttle service is awesome. We had Alyssa help us before we got here and during our stay and let me tell you, she is amazing! Anything we needed or asked she always helped with a smile and sense of urgency. She was friendly about any changes we had and also informed us about important details and offered us the options of having a late check out and the fee it would be. We love when staff is clear about fees. For our driver we mainly had Anne and she is so sweet and funny. She was available quickly and always warmed up the car for us. She drives safely and informed us of some hot spots to visit. Alyssa and Anne made our trip extra awesome & when we visit Omaha again we will definitely be staying here.

The hotel was great! my nephew was married at the hotel and it was fabulous!! The only short coming was the staffing in the restaurant was very poor. The cook actually took our order for a party of 8, cooked our food and served us. A lot of waiting in the dining room.

Overall solid stay at a historic building and fairly convenient, but the place is showing a fair bit or wear and tear and needs a refresh. HVAC system in room also is very finnicky
