This house completed in April 2009 is furnished to the highest quality and has that 'luxury' feel to everything.

It is fitted out with all modern conveniences and has the benefit of a private SOUTH WEST facing pool and Lanai area.

The family room is fitted with a 50' TV and SONY Blu-ray DVD home entertainment system which also allows you to pair your Smart devices using bluetooth technology to play your music etc. The games room is equipped with an 8 foot Pool Table, 7 foot Air Hockey Table, XBOX One c/w selection of games, 42' Plasma TV, 2 gaming chairs and a full size arcade game with 125 games !!

Did not go in , there was a little dirt at bottom, a family member said they seen someone servicing it. Our main problem was with bugs. There was water bugs and what looked like roaches. The roaches came out after we bought food into kitchen. A few was seen upstairs. I killed two waterbugs in master bathroom coming from a vent in ceiling that was stained from a water leak. I killed what looked like a roach coming from closet. After that I closed everything up I could to keep from taking any home. We had to go out that night or morning because it was after 1am and find a store open to buy bug spray.
Sprayer bought from CVS only store open luck for us. This kept them a way from areas and killed others

Water bugs I stepped on and smashed, zoom in to see what I had to clean up!

Property was very clean and suited our needs well. All of the amenities in the game room were in good shape, and the kitchen had everything needed for food prep. There were plenty of pool towels and seating around the pool deck. We had a wonderful time at this property.

Perfect Property for Family

Property Made For a Great Orlando Trip

13 of us stayed at this property. We were all comfortable! This property was just as good as advertised! The communication with the owner & property manager was great. We ran into one problem with there being no small wash cloths. The property manager took care of us right away. My family would definitely stay here again. Book with Kevin!

Granddaughter’s first visit to Disney

The property was as described. Spacious, clean, well maintained. The gated community was an added plus. Private pool was a hit, with relaxation right at our finger tips. Beyond that, having access to a fantastic public pool with slides meant the kids were constantly entertained. The house itself was incredibly accommodating, truly having everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Even with stores close by (like Wal-Mart), we felt completely set up. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a top-notch Florida experience!

Wonderful place!

I needed a large house to accommodate my family for our Disney trip. The house was located in a gated community which it was safe amd had an awesome water park my kids loved. The place was beautiful and very clean. It had all the amenities that were posted and couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend and will be coming back thank you for making our vacation the best yet!!

Returning to a great vacation home

Excellent house and location

We loved the house and the resort area. It was perfect. The only complaint I have is not any fault of the owner, but the check in process for the resort could be more efficient. It was a long wait and then some miscommunication with overflow parking.

Great Neighborhood

We had a fantastic stay in Windsor Hills. The house was just a described and very clean. The kids loved the game room and pool! It was very easy to gain access to the community water slide pool and the gated community felt very safe; our younger kids even walked to the park alone. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s home!Kevin and property manager were both very helpful and always responded right away when we had a question! The home was well stocked! And the pictures were very accurate. Beautiful home! Our family spent a lot of time in the heated pool! Area is nice and always felt safe! A 5 Star Villa!!!

We are 4 men in our late 70's who come to Florida, annually, for a week for the last 19 years to play golf. We were more then pleased with our gated house rental in Windsor Hills. As you can see by our ratings of excellent above, from the initial booking to checkout. The house, with 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms, was immaculate. The owner and the Property Manager were extremely friendly, always available and responsive through out our stay in addressing any questions that we may have had. If you are looking for a 5 star villa, this house is it. It has all the amenities, pool & spa; each room with a tv, washer & dryer, dishwasher, game room with pool table. It is also centrally located within 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom, and restaurants.We highly recommend it. You will not be sorry!!!!

Wonderful stay at Windsor Hills

We enjoyed our 3 and a half weeks stay in the wonderful vacation home of Kevin to the fullest. It is located in one of the best spots in Windsor Hills. Kevin made sure that our stay couldn’t have been better. Our next vacation in his house is already booked!

Home for our Conference

We were in town for the AHR show and the cost of this house was significantly cheaper than going with 5 hotel rooms. The pool and hot tub were a great way to wind down at the end of the day. The house was clean, convenient, and very spacious.

Soccer Weekend

Had an awesome soccer weekend at the Disney Showcase. House was excellent. Very clean and easy communication with property manager. We will definitely be staying at this property again when we come to Orlando next. Highly recommended.

Great house and perfect location!

My family stayed at Kevin’s house for 6 nights over New Year’s. There was a small hiccup with check in, but the property manager was easy to contact and resolved the issue very quickly! Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was the perfect fit for our group of 9 with three generations, including three teenage girls. We had plenty of room for all of us. Our original plan was to include two other family members, and we still would have been very comfortable if we had had all 11 of us. The kids loved the pool and spa. The location to Disney was absolutely perfect. Only 10 minutes to the parks when heading there in the morning. Traffic in the afternoon was worse, but even then it usually only took about 20 minutes to get back. Walmart was right around the corner, along with a ton of restaurants. I’ve already recommended this house to friends! We would definitely stay again!
