I was provided with an unsafe pack and play for my 5 month old baby. This was the only option they had. Crib mattresses shouldn’t have more than 1/2 an inch gap due to risk of heavy getting stuck in gaps between a poor fitting mattress and suffocating. I’m surprised a chain like Marriott would not better review what they’re providing.

The hotel is in a parking lot with a Waffle House and discount store but don’t let that fool you, once you get inside it is amazing. The rooms are so nice, the gym is fantastic and the pool is amazing. They do have laundry facilities just remember quarters. They don’t have microwaves in each room, but have shared ones on every other floor.

Different to others

It’s a good hotel. But i always choose AC to be. And this one is a level under the others. The breakfast is limited, and not well cooked as others are. They charge 5 dollar by pack to be delivered at reception. It’s different to others AC I’ve been as well. I’d stay again, but the service isn’t as good as others AC I’ve stayed.

Close to Disney properties. They offered shuttle transportation but with limited times so we were unable to use. The rooms were modern and spacious. Nice pool area for a quiet relaxing day.

This property is horrible the toilet clogged and the sink was clogged as well the water would not go down . Was unalble to brush our teeth. Also my children got bitten and I have red spots all over my legs and arms . My son and daughter got bitten on their faces and arms and legs. Horrible would not go there again .

The hotel is decent. Not great, but good enough. Be careful, they wouldn't honor my 12 yo as a kid for breakfast buffet. Also took forever to get a simple coffee, tea, sugar refill in the bedroom.
