I'll do just fine

This is an average hotel by all metrics. One of the elevators was broken but overall if you need a place to sleep...this is that place. The vibe is "it'll do" and then you crash on the bed. The check in guy wasn't very friendly but the check out lady was.

Check-in was ok! However, when we got to the room, we noticed instantly that the room had a smell, as did the bathroom. After, checking the bed, there were stains on one of the pillows that resembled dog urine. The pool was not clean and one of the elevators was down. At breakfast, the only served bagels, cereal and yogurt. There wasn’t any fruit available.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. An area that I feel could be improved is the breakfast. While it covers the basics, it is quite simple and lacks variety. For a hotel by Hilton, I was expecting a bit more in terms of selection and quality. It would be great to see a wider range of options, maybe some hot items, to elevate the overall experience.

Nice stay

Let me start by saying the staff was excellent. We have somewhat of some language barriers, but outside of that. It was a nice stayvery convenient for where I was going when it came to finding something to eat. Everything basically that I needed it was right there. The only thing that I can say that wasn’t provided was transportation to the airport !! which would be a big plus for me if you all had offered that at this particular Hilton

The hotel was clean and comforting.The room was very clean ,tho my room would get hot even tho A/C was on .But other than that great stay.I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast since they did not provide nothing other than Bagels and cereal/muffins .Adding some protein would be a great addition breakfast bar.

Good for a quick stay

We went there to go to Disney and so it was mainly a place for us to lay our heads at night after we have gone to the park. We got a room with double beds, but the beds were very small. I was not expecting them to be so small for four people so definitely check the bed size before you commit to the booking. The area was convenient for theme parks that are available there. It had everything you needed around you also for stores. The beds were comfortable for what they were. Everything was nice. The breakfast was what you would expect but no hot items only cold or simple items like breads. For what we needed it for it was fine. If I was going to stay in the room to hang out I’d book elsewhere as they were small.

We like the properties amenity and getup. However we were let down by the stuff. They were unprofessional and rude in every aspect. For even simple requests they will deny you a help. We asked for an extra blanket and we were told that they don't have any. The old lady at the breakfast bar will hang by your side to clean up any single drop of food you spill and will give you a demonic look. And how can I describe front desk receptionist Raul, you will know when you arrive there. Unless you get a really cheapo deal, don't book here.

I stay here often but when I arrived this time several people were loitering in the parking lot. Additionally, someone was smoking pot on a first floor room and you could smell in all over the hallway. I told the desk attendant but I don’t believe he did anything. Very disturbing.
