First of all when we walked in, it smelled musty and nasty. It looked like a motel six. Then we got to our room it smelled like urine. I thought it’s because the toilet wasn’t flushed, but it still had a weird smell. Throughout the night in room AC unit which is old time made a weird buzzing sound. It kept me up half the night sounded like a train was in the room. The toilet kept running then it broke the shelf fell down in the Bathroom And it just had an overall nasty smell to the room. When I told the front desk lady, she said she would give me partial credit and hasn’t yet.

The property was very clean. The room was comfortable and basic. No frills anywhere. If pressboard furniture is your style then you will love the furnishings. There was a chair in the toom at the desk. It however was hard metal. Not comfortable to do any real work. The shower had no shelf to place your items besides them supplying the shampoo dispensers on the wall. Lastly a annoying drip from the ceiling exhaust fan in the bathroom would conveniently drip on my back as I sat on the toilet. Overall a fine stay for one night

It was okay. Like others have stated the breakfast consisted on bagels and coffee. Parking is free, but the parking lot is sketchy at best. Loads of people smoking. The pool is leaning towards nasty. The room was okay. It was giving lipstick on a pig vibes. The AC works when it wanted to.

The bathroom had mold around the shower. There was also mold smell and there isn't ac duck in the bathrooms. The breakfast was very minimal as well

The staff was very friendly and fast. The hotel is located in a great area, close to almost anything and everything. Parking always available. Clean. Pool is never crowded. Housekeeping very attentive and very nice and friendly. Overall - great experience.

Dia, at the front desk, was nice when we checked in. On the second day of our stay (Saturday) we had a gift bag with the present inside go missing. When we realized the gift bag was missing, we went to the front desk and were told by a male that nobody had been in our room, yet on Sunday when we returned to the front desk to advise them again, we were told by Monica that a plastic shopping bag had been found in the room. The gift was inside and the card had been ripped open.

The most Awful experience I've had at a hotel ever! We ended up booking DoubleTree across the street instead. I spoke with the manager of this property regarding the incident so I won't go into further detail about the booking. I would just say if Customer service & professionalism is important to you, don't book here.

You can hear everything from rooms They conducted a fire alarm drill and did not let guest know. I was working during morning hour and on conferences calls and had to run out to work in the parking lot. Not enough parking for all guest. They have an overflow in the back where it is very dark and no lights. Rooms were not clean.

Property is just Ok to sleep for the night. I always choose hotels with breakfast included. This was the worse. All they had were bagels and cereals. Most of the breakfast included hotels offer eggs, waffles or pancakes, yogurt and fruit. Zero gluten free options. Really bummed out as you do pay extra when booking hotels with breakfast. I felt robbed. Also sheets were stained. Will never ever stay here again!
