Everything about this property was filthy. We started in 211, went to a park and came back to roaches on the furniture. When we called the front desk, they were well aware and it was a common problem. They moved us to room 212 and ensured us it was clean. The next morning we woke up to baby roaches on the wall. If you want to stay here because the parking is free and it’s cheap, don’t. P.s. the breakfast buffet is horrible.

Good location for Universal. Breakfast was sub-par. Parking was easy. Beds seemed smaller than a queen although they were advertised as Queen. Would stay again for convenience to Universal.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and having the fridge and a microwave were a bonus. Hotel was quiet with ample parking and close to Universal complex. Walked it in about 20 mins. Several food options nearby such as McDonalds, Burger King, Korean and Japanese restaurants, TGI Friday. Altogether had a great experience and would stay there again.

This Place is a Ripoff

Never stayed at this hotel, canceled my two rooms in Aug, which were under the same reservation. And they still charged me. When I called and spoke with the clerk “Peter” he told me that I only cancelled one room and was charged for the other room. When I tried to ask him how only one room was cancelled since they were under the same reservation, he became very rude and cussed me out. When my husband called back to try and see what was going on, he told him to “F” off and hung up. When I tried calling the next day to talk with management I was told there wasn’t one and rudely hung up on. Now I’m still trying to get the rest of my money back, this hotel is saying I had 3 reservations. Funny how it keeps jumping up. Customer service goes a long way, I will NEVER stay at this hotel.
