The room was in a run down condition, the balcony door wouldn’t open with 3 people trying to force it The dish washer wouldn’t stop and had to be turned off by the fuse at 3am when I woke to the most awful sound, the heat couldn’t be used as it would smoke and burn and set the fire alarm off and there seems to be no rules on the noise levels as upstairs were loud and banging about up until 4am every night No telling you how to get in and out of the property you need to use your room key for the barriers to open Staff at the Starbucks area made it feel like you was an inconvenience to them Basically you had to try and work out the whole thing yourself how the hotel worked where to eat ect I wouldn’t stay here again

Stayed at Bluegreen in Unit 2 in late October. The resort completely exceeded expectations for a family of 3 travelling with a 2.5 yr old toddler. I did extensive research and photo scanning before booking and selected based on the pool area and room sizing and was still surprised at how fantastic it was. Unit 2 is newly renovated and centrally located, with very limited walking to the main building (lobby) or the pool area. Renovations recently done by Hilton are beautiful and the room was exceptionally clean (2bed/2bath) with a large living room and dining area + kitchen. Unit was also stocked with basics (dish soap, paper towel, laundry detergent etc.), which was a nice bonus - we cooked breakfast every morning, it was great and even did a few loads of laundry. The pool area is AMAZING for kids and families. The splash park appeared to have been recently updated and features an awesome shallow area with lots of colourful sprays and dumping buckets. Additionally, the main pool is massive, and there was never an issue getting chairs and it did not feel busy. Towels are also conveniently accessible with your room key at the towel dispensers. The only thing that would be great for parents to know is that the double waterslide has a height restriction of 40" and you can't (or aren't supposed to) ride double with a kid under 40" (it is supervised by staff) so that can be a tough conversation with a little, but there is a lot more to do!

Good experience at the fountains. The price was reasonable. The kitchen includes pots/pans/plates/etc. The rooms are clean. The large pool was nice. There is a bar/ restaurant beside the pool with some sandwiches. The location is right on I-drive. Note - they are renovating some rooms so there is a little noise early, but they are updating so that is a good thing. Would stay at the fountains again.

Only issues I had was the toilet wouldn’t flush all the way, you had to fiddle with the handle. Then with the shower the water seemed very harsh and left my skin super dry on top of the actual shower head was spitting out the water weird. Hot tub was also very small for the amount of people at the resort.
