This property was amazing! Both the night and morning concierge were very sweet and welcoming. They also have a great bar with a good happy hour. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant this time, but I definitely will on my next visit. Universal Studios is only 16 minutes away, which was the main reason I booked. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and pretty. I loved the Bluetooth speaker built right into the mirror. Which I used all the time when getting dressed lol. Overall, it was such a great experience, and I can’t wait to go back!

It was a really good exeperience. The beds were amazingly comfortable. To open or end a trip... or to hang out within the city... this definitely a good place to stay. Will be adding to my Orlando MCO rotations.

Very disappointed that I needed to cancel my reservations and was needing to see if I could get credit for a future stay. I got one person on the phones that told me to call back in 10 minutes. Then when I called back she was rude and told me I was calling the wrong hotel. I apologized and asked if she could give me the number and she said I don’t have that. I called another number and the man told me he only handles reservations and hung up on me. I have to say with such good reviews and this is why we chose to book here I was very disappointed. Even if I couldn’t get a credit that would be okay but would had been nice to have good customer service. Do better

Jodie, Nick, Ulia, Sam & the manager were the friendliest people I ever encountered in a hotel!!the whole staff were very friendly!!! ! From check in, to services needed to food service & check out they all were so great!! The food was excellent! Big portions! You didn’t go hungry! I would definitely stay here again!!!

The coffee maker was very dirty. The small filter is filled with lot of dirt. The bath sink water flow is small. Called front desk and promised to send maintenance to repair. But nobody showed up.
