Room is extremely noisy. You can easily hear everyone in the suite next door (even if they are speaking at normal conversation volume). Any knock on the next door neighbor suite sounds like it is for your room. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Location is convenient

Don’t be fooled into thinking this place is a hotel. It’s basically a college apartment complex - WITH NO ELEVATORS! That said, the staff were friendly and the room was clean/as shown in the reviews. Could’ve been worse but I do wish I’d looked closer before booking.

Overall it was a great experience with a few exceptions, the hot water took about 5 minutes to heat up and if you have a door going to the adjoining condo, you will hear every word from your neighbors, not the best when you're trying to sleep at night.

No problem with staff or cleanliness, but the water took forever to get hot, we were put in a unit with no elevator and my husband uses a cane and is a 100 per cent disabled veteran, the pool and hottub was out of commission my whole stay ( which was what we wanted) our place was entered for fire inspection, there were a few bumps in the stay.

Our room was decent, however, when you are booking a two room suite you need to inform people before they book that there is a third “room” adjacent to the suite. (Basically they convert a 3 bedroom suite into a 2 bedroom if you don’t have a large party.) Meaning if someone books that bedroom, there is a door between the two that IS NOT SOUND PROOF. We were enjoying our vacation up until two nights before we were to check out from our room. A couple booked that little bedroom off the front of our suite. Quiet time is 10p to 6a and around 11p they were talking loud and playing loud music. We called the front desk and they said they would send security to talk to them. We aren’t sure security ever showed but we did hear their phone ring and the music stopped. However, the couple proceeded to have sex being vocally loud and basically traumatized our autistic daughter who was in the bedroom across from the not sound proof door between the rooms. We ended up leaving the next morning opting for a refund of our last night and went to a different hotel trying to salvage our last day of vacation. IMPROVE THE SOUND PROOFING OF ROOMS IF YOU ARE GOING TO RENT OUT THE SUITES IN THAT MANNER. We won’t be back to this hotel.

The staff was great, the water was not hot in my room I called for maintenance they came said they fixed it and there was still not hot shower water! They’re was this overheating smell of cleaning products! Bleach I’m glad they cleaned but it was a bit much! The nose was absolutely horrible at 6 am I could hear every word going on next door 💀

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was late but they made up for it by giving a late check out. The location was nice and accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Having no elevator is the only downside. This was my 2nd time there. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was dated, had bugs and the toilet did not flush properly. Parking was hard to find in the huge lot. I checked in and out within 30 minutes and booked another hotel. Rosevelt Guzman was a great staff member even though the room did not meet my standards.
