The breakfast was great. Room was great. The housekepping came 3 times during a week. Very nice and elegant hotel. For extra safety you need to use the room key to get inside the property. Be aware that there is a parking fee and the wifi was not very stable in the room area. Unless I was close to the room door or bathroom. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions and doubts.

Clean, I like the pool and jacuzzi the only thing was the staff at the bar well the hawaian guy was kind of lost if you asked for the food menu and price he was confused and over charged me twice he even said it himself that he was confused but overall I give a 5 start I like the place and closed to everything I recommend it.

I just want to say overall everything is good with this hotel I don’t have no problem with cleanliness it’s very quiet the one thing I would say that needs to be a little better is the hot breakfast

Booked & paid for a king, was given a double because they overbooked. I was there to celebrate with my fianvey and we couldn’t even fit in the same bed comfortably. The room was gross, it smelled musty and there was left over fecal in the toilet. They refused to refund. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Not as easily accessible to walk to the theme parks. The walk is kind of unsafe due to a lack of sidewalks and signposting. So I was bummed I ended up paying for parking at Seaworld.

We experienced a little frustration at check in due to the receptionist making an error. She didnt apologize and instead spoke in a tone that was condescending. We had to swipe our card a few times (every time) for our door to open. Got them rekeyed and still had issues. One of our beds smelled like urine. The free breaksfast was 2 out of 5 stars. Pool was ok. The entire experience left a lot to be desired.Wont be coming back.
